2.1 Personal data and processing
Processing of data of our customers and other contractual partners
We process personal data of our customers, buyers, course participants and other contractual partners for the purposes of order fulfillment, accounting and further customer support. The processed data includes contact data (e.g. name, address, telephone number, e-mail address). There is no storage or query of credit card data. Furthermore, for better customer service and for reasons of traceability, text documents created (such as correspondence) are stored.
If you have given us consent to process personal data for certain purposes (e.g. publication or use of images and references), the lawfulness of this processing is based on your consent. Any consent given can be revoked at any time with effect for the future.
Data processing in the case of inquiries/use of the contact form on the website.
If you contact us with an inquiry or contact us by email, telephone or in person, we may collect your personal data, e.g. name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. We process this data in order to provide the best possible service. If no order, purchase or course participation materializes, your data and inquiries will continue to be stored for a limited period of time to ensure optimal processing of future inquiries. Newsletter
You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter via our website or our newsletter. For this we need your name and email address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter.
